VIVIA’s offering is based on the original experiential programs created by Mgr. Robert Sättler, Mrs. and Mr. Korček, Judita Peschlová, Zuzana Lajdová, Tibor Kocsis.

Traditional soft-skills topics and methods are delivered by Michaela Vokounová in Czech, English and German languages.

When organizing external corporate trainings and team building events, we carefully consider the location of the event to provide optimal interconnection of the training topic, the group’s needs and the location’s energy, genius loci and the options it provides. A suitably chosen environment can help to intensify the participants’ experience and heighten their concentration on the training activities themselves, thus making the entire program more effective.
