Ing. Ivana Balková

After graduating from the Institute of Chemical Technology Prague, Ms. Balková worked in the Sales Department of the American company Digital Equipment for six years, being responsible for government clients. Subsequently, for more than two years, she worked for Altron, a.s., a Czech company, as a banking sector Account Manager. In 2001, after more than eight years in the IT industry, she decided to start up her own business. She operated a dating agency in Prague and organized personal development seminars in both the Czech Republic and abroad. She  collaborated with Mediterránea Real Estate Investments in 2003-2011 as Foreign Property Sales & Marketing Manager. In 2008, she founded the VIVIA training and educational company.
She has been actively working on her personal development since 1995, completing a number of seminars and courses on various therapeutic methods and techniques. In 2009-2010, Ms. Balková underwent systemic constellation training by Jan Bílý.

Trainer

Mgr. Robert Sättler

Mr. Sättler graduated from the Faculty of Education at Charles University, majoring in Special Pedagogy. After pursuing the studies of psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy and Arts at Charles University for almost two years, he decided to leave for Horácké divadlo (Horácké Theatre) in Jihlava, spending four years there as an actor. Following this local engagement, he starred in the Prague theatres Rubín and na Královské cestě as well as in traveling performances.

In 2000, he started his career as a media trainer and has since led seminars focusing on communication, presentation, work with emotional intelligence and creative imagination. In his role as a coach, he has focused on the authenticity of demeanor and personal growth. Besides his training and coaching activities, he hosts shows on the Oldies Radio in Prague, records voiceovers for commercials and other media formats, as well as emcees for social events.

Pavol and Mária Korček

Pavol Korček has been providing his clients with individual consultations for twelve years. He organizes and creates original educational programs, also creating a link between managerial skill development and unusual forms of education.

Mária Korčeková is a charismatic figure. She provides a unique blend of teaching and individual coaching and motivational support. Her twelve years of experience and her ability to implement timeless techniques in managerial training have made her a preferred teacher for many. She specializes in examining negative belief systems that prevent accelerated personality development.

Mr. and Mrs. Korček graduated from the school “Three In One Concepts” and, under the leadership of Mr. Jan Bílý, studied Family Constellations, a technique developed by Bert Hellinger. Dr. Kurt Ebert, a clinical neuropsychologist in Pennsylvania, USA, introduced them to the AFT technique (Attracting Field Therapy). More than 7,100 people have completed their managerial courses since 1997. They coach TV presenters, actors, opera singers etc. They assist election leaders in preparing their media campaigns. Mr. and Mrs. Korček equally dedicate their time to lectures, publish articles in specialized magazines, and appear regularly on TV and radio in Slovakia.

Judita Peschlová

Ms. Peschlová studied at the University of Economics in Bratislava, Slovakia. She has worked as a manager of a travel agency and a trainer of tour guides. She has also completed a five-year accredited psychotherapeutic and psychodynamic training program at SUR (Association for Psychotherapy Education) and the Prague Psychotherapeutic Faculty and is a holder of certificates from courses on various therapeutic methods and non-verbal techniques, including Bach therapy.  

For more than 15 years, she has been in charge of experiential education and self-knowledge seminars, focusing particularly on the authenticity of personal and gender behavior and on personal and professional growth. She further dedicates her time to consultancy and coaching on both the individual and group levels, also working as an external consultant for hiring procedures and HR development. She also focuses on the practical application of therapies in everyday personal and professional life and gives lectures and writes articles and books. She speaks Hungarian, Croatian, Serbian, German and English.

Tibor Kocsis

Tibor Kocsis is unique in his ability to combine the experience he has gained as a manager and a dancer. He has 10 years of experience in top management positions in FMCG companies both in Slovakia and abroad. He has a degree in Dance Pedagogy and up until 2009 he had actively worked as a professional ballroom dancer. Since 2001 he has been working as a dance teacher and coach (Slovakia, Australia, Spain). He has raised several first-class international dance pairs.
Also, he is the father of the original non-verbal leadership training, in which effective communication skills are learned through dancing and movement techniques.
He speaks Hungarian, English and Spanish.

Zuzana Lajdová - Čepičanová

Zuzana Lajdová – Čepičanová, M.A., has 20 years of experience of work as an editor for various national print media. Also, she is an experienced copywriter and has worked for numerous advertising and PR agencies. Ms. Lajdová - Čepičanová is interested in methods of creativity and personal development. She offers courses of creative writing and creativity development, in which she teaches people how to find joy both in writing and in life.

Michaela Vokounová

Michaela Vokounová, B.A., studied English and American Studies at Charles University in Prague and earned bachelor's degree in “Economics and Management” at the College of Tourism, Hotel and Spa Management. Ms. Vokounová also completed the coaching training “Coaching - Science and Art” accredited by Erickson College, Vancouver.
She has over 14 years of work experience in the hotel industry, both as first-line employee and as a manager.
For more than 10 years now, she has been preparing educational programs and providing training and individual coaching services in 9 European countries.
Since 2010, Ms. Vokounová has been working as a freelance tutor, trainer and coach specializing in soft skills, e.g., leadership skills, train-the-trainer trainings, communication, presentation skills, guest care, sales skills and inter-cultural communication. Apart from offering trainings, she is actively engaged in individual coaching.
In addition to her native language, Czech, Ms. Vokounová speaks perfect English and German, and is thus able to offer international level services.
